Returns & Exchange, Refund policy

At Terra Turtle Co, each product is carefully checked and packed with love before dispatch.

No Returns or Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Products

We will only accept a replacement or refund in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product.

To be eligible:

    1. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
    2. Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared
    3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, based on product availability.

Important Notes

  1.  Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.


Refunds 

Refunds are issued only in rare circumstances, such as when a damaged or defective product is received and a replacement can be made according to stock availability.

  1. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment
  2. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval
  3. Refunds are not applicable for size issues, change of mind, or minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings
